The paper introduces the theory, research and application situation of reading ecosystem, analyzes the reading service elements of libraries of medical universities and colleges from the perspective of ecology, and expounds the construction methods of reading service in medical libraries from the perspective of ecology, including changing the reading service system, establishing diversified cooperation mechanism, reinventing the way of reading, etc.
