Based on disciplinary citation network, the paper reveals the current situation of interdisciplinary knowledge exchange in medical subject research field. Specifically, the discipline network is constructed according to the citation relationship between papers, and the key disciplines in the field are identified by using the centrality index of Social Network Analysis (SNA). The nucleic acid vaccine subject is taken as an example, and the knowledge content of interdisciplinary citation of the core disciplines in the field is analyzed by keyword clustering.
