The paper analyzes the construction status of knowledge graph, expounds the main applications of knowledge graph in medical auxiliary diagnosis in recent years from five aspects:auxiliary imaging diagnosis, medical decision support, drug discovery and recommendation, personalized health services, and auxiliary prevention and control of major infectious diseases, puts forward the existing problems of knowledge graph construction, and provides references for related research.
