The paper analyzes the business requirements of a regional special disease collaborative prevention and control system in Suzhou, introduces its overall business process,functional architecture and key technologies. By means of mobile Internet of Things (IoT) and other technologies, the municipal regional specialized disease collaborative prevention and control system is constructed. It poins out that the construction of the system is helpful to form the comprehensive, full cycle and standardized health management.
