The paper analyzes the inspection process and current situation of the closed-loop management of medical orders in the specialist outpatient department based on the ophthalmic picture archiving and communication system(PACS). It expounds the optimization design of the process for the ophthalmic outpatient department and the process design of integration platform system, optimizes the treatment process of the patient’s specialist outpatient department, and realizes closed-loop management of medical orders, in order to promote the integration of clinical research.
