In order to solve the problem that the construction of medical decision tree relies on time-consuming and laborious annotations, a new information extraction task is proposed——automatic extraction of medical decision tree from clinical diagnosis and treatment texts, and the first dataset from clinical diagnosis and treatment text to medical decision tree is constructed, which lays a foundation for automatic extraction of medical decision tree in the future.
