The paper introduces the building process of the cloud platform with zero data loss based on Oracle database from following aspects, the preparatory work of the database cloud platform, the comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of various upgrade methods, the selection and construction work, the accident repair of trial operation. The hospital core database runs continuously and stably online, which improves the security of the hospital information system.
