The paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the training of health information management talents in domestic universities and colleges, and puts forward that universities and colleges should focus on the reform of the training mode of health information management talents from the aspects of major construction, training objectives, curriculum setting, teaching staff, etc., so as to accelerate the provision of high-quality health information management talents to the society, and provide support for the improvement of health care level and further development of health informatization.
