The moderating effect of health information avoidance between health anxiety and health promotion behaviors is verified through the empirical analysis of the network questionnaire. It is found that mental health information avoidance, healthy lifestyle information avoidance, health care information avoidance and medical institution information avoidance have negative moderating effect on the effect of health anxiety on health promotion behaviors. It is pointed out that medical institutions should strengthen health information publicity and reduce the occurrence of health information avoidance.
