Based on the SWOT-CLPV model, the paper analyzes and discusses the internal strengths, weaknesses and external opportunities and threats of the application of active health in smart healthcare, as well as the leverage effect, inhibitions, vulnerabilities and problems arising from the interaction, and puts forward suggestions according to the existing problems, so as to provide references for improving the health literacy of the public, and promoting the construction of “Healthy China”.
