The concept and working principle of the microservice architecture are expounded. Based on the microservice architecture, the outpatient queue management system of the hospital smart medical microservice system is established to solve such problems as serious coupling of functions in the development of single medical architecture, difficult maintenance of bloated code, high online cost, and poor business scalability, providing the underlying structural support for the smart medical service of the hospital, and providing patients with more high-quality and convenient medical information services.
