The paper introduces the development status of mobile health care at home and abroad, expounds the construction method of a medical quality control platform based on mobile internet technology on the basis of intelligent management practice of Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital, and analyzes the construction results, so as to provide references for improving the management level of hospitals and promoting the high-quality development of hospitals.
