Based on the construction experience of the pilot project of deepening smart medical care in the First Hospital of Changsha, the paper introduces the background of smart outpatient service construction based on information and innovation technology, expounds the system architecture, construction content, construction effect and other aspects of the hospital smart outpatient service, and puts forward prospects for the future development direction.
