The paper analyzes the research status of smart librarian at home and abroad, expounds the connotation of smart librarian and the capabilities it should have, analyzes the key issues in the capacity construction of smart librarian in the library of medical university and college, puts forward the strategy of smart librarian transformation, and introduces the practice and exploration of the smart librarian team construction in the library of Capital Medical University.
