Based on the method of theoretical research and case analysis, taking the European Life-Science Infrastructure for Biological Information(ELIXIR)as an example, the paper expounds the construction mode of “Hub+Nodes” distributed life science data platform from the aspects of organizational structure, operational mechanism, management method, financing method, etc., and analyzes the experience and enlightenment, so as to provide references for related platform construction in China.
