The paper introduces the current situation of medical informatics talent training at home and abroad, analyzes the existing problems in the training of medical informatics talents in China, and puts forward some suggestions from the aspects of undergraduate curriculum, postgraduate cultivation mode, teacher’s professional quality and continuing education.
