Purpose/Significance To solve the problems of human and material resources faced by grassroots medical institutions in the process of medical reform, and to solve the problems in medical reform, such as sharing medical resources, sinking high-quality medical and health resources, and hierarchical diagnosis and treatment.Method/Process The paper introduces the construction of internet hospitals and the exploratory practice to help improve the capacity of primary medical services, and expounds the medical alliance operation mode of “provinces, counties, towns, and villages” internet medical service integration based on information technology, combining with the practice of the Guangdong Second Provincial General Hospital. Result/Conclusion It is pointed out that this mode is conducive to improving the professional service level of rural doctors, achieving the new goals of intelligent medical products in primary data collection, network transmission and diagnosis by superior medical institution, realizing “slight illness never go out of the village, general diseases never go out of the town, serious illness never go out of the county, major and difficult diseases are referred level by level”, and solving the problem of difficult and expensive medical treatment for people in remote areas.
