Purpose/Significance To explore the construction method of hospital book sharing mode based on supply chain management, aiming to activate the idle family books in the hands of medical staff or the book resources stored in the hospital library with low flow rate, so as to realize the sharing in the hospital and even in the wider space, to solve the problems of insufficient fund and “paying more attention to storage rather than use”. Method/Process The paper analyzes the shortcomings of the existing sharing mode, proposes the sharing mode based on supply chain management and the design framework of the sharing platform, discusses the significance of the sharing mode based on supply chain management and the key problems to be solved in the operation process. Result/Conclusion The sharing mode based on supply chain management is a new direction of hospital library service innovation, which is helpful to save the cost of book purchase, improve the utilization rate of book resources, enrich the supply of hospital cultural resources, help medical staff change the way of reading, and cultivate their environmental awareness.
