Purpose/Significance To analyze the various evaluation indicators in different biomedical science and technology paper databases, and to explore the hidden correlations among them. Method/Process Based on the recommended literature of Faculty Opinions, various representative indicators are obtained from Altmetric, Scopus and WOS data platforms respectively, and Spearman correlation is compared and analyzed with SPSS software. Result/Conclusion Among the latest recommendation scores of Faculty Opinions for papers of different discipline categories, the correlation between RS and WSS is the highest, the correlation between RCR and RS is moderate；Scopus indicators are highly correlated with sociometrics indicators. There is a high correlation between Scopus and WOS indicators.
