Abstract:Purpose/Significance To build an intelligent, efficient and convenient hospital follow-up management platform, so as to help identify potential curable recurrent diseases during the post-diagnosis follow-up treatment stage. Method/Process By using technologies such as mobile internet and artificial intelligence (AI), the current situation and problems of the doctor-patient follow-up management mode have been analyzed. Combining the characteristics of high availability, low coupling and strong fault tolerance of the microservice architecture, the “multi-layer+microservice” architecture mode is adopted to construct the “internet+” doctor-patient follow-up management platform. Result/Conclusion This platform can realize functions such as patient follow-up plan management, intelligent reminders, and multi-channel communication. It focuses on solving key technical issues such as medical data privacy protection, high scalability of the system, and support for information technology application innovation, significantly improving work efficiency.
