Abstract:Purpose/Significance To construct a regional chronic disease surveillance and management information platform based on multi-source medical big data, so as to comprehensively improve the quality and efficiency of chronic disease monitoring, prevention and control. Method/Process Multi-source data including chronic disease diagnosis and treatment data, monitoring and follow-up data, and health management data are automatically collected from medical institutions and public health agencies at all levels, which are cleaned and processed to form an intermediate database. Big data analysis technologies are employed to establish panoramic patient data views, early warning monitoring and analysis models, and hierarchical diagnosis and treatment rules, achieving intelligent monitoring of medical-preventive collaboration, chronic disease case reporting, chronic disease screening and intervention, whole-process patient management, and dynamic monitoring and evaluation.Result/Conclusion This platform has improved the quality and efficiency of chronic disease surveillance and management, providing strong support for regional chronic disease prevention and control as well as scientific research.
