    目的/意义 探究人工智能技术在基层2型糖尿病健康管理中的应用现状、面临挑战及发展趋势,为提升基层医疗卫生机构服务水平提供参考。方法/过程 基于案例分析人工智能技术在基层2型糖尿病健康管理中的应用价值与实践路径,探讨相关挑战与趋势。结果/结论 人工智能技术在2型糖尿病风险预测、血糖监测、药物治疗、饮食运动干预及健康教育等方面具有巨大潜力和价值。部分基层医疗卫生机构已探索应用人工智能技术开展2型糖尿病健康管理,但该技术在基层应用仍面临数据质量差、隐私风险高、复合型人才匮乏及患者接受度低等挑战。为此,提出提升数据质量、保障数据安全、加强人才培养和建立患者信任等建议,推动AI技术在基层T2DM健康管理中的应用。

    Abstract:

    Purpose/Significance To explore the current application status, challenges and trends of artificial intelligence (AI) technology in the primary health management of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM), and to provide references for improving the service level of primary medical and health institutions.Method/Process The application value and practical path of AI technology in the primary health management of T2DM are analyzed based on cases, and related challenges and trends are discussed. Result/Conclusion AI technology has great potential and value in the risk prediction of T2DM, blood glucose monitoring, drug treatment, dietary and exercise intervention, and health education. Some primary medical and health institutions have explored the application of AI technology in the health management of T2DM. However, the application of AI at the primary level still faces challenges such as poor data quality, high privacy risks, a shortage of compound talents, and low patient acceptance. In view of this, suggestions such as improving data quality, ensuring data security, strengthening talent cultivation and building patient trust are put forward to promote the application of AI technology in the health management of T2DM at the primary level.
