    摘要:

    目的/意义 以临床用药决策的关键因素为导向,构建药物知识图谱,为临床合理用药决策提供准确、结构化知识支持。方法/过程 整合心血管系统药品说明书信息,进行本体细粒度建模和多维关系属性定义,采用大语言模型驱动的知识抽取及标准化对齐策略,构建面向合理用药的药物知识图谱,并基于检索增强生成技术设计药物智能问答系统。结果/结论 以心血管系统用药为例,构建包含5 215个实体、17 288个关系及9 598个关系属性的药物知识图谱,可为合理用药提供可靠数据支撑与决策依据。

    Abstract:

    Purpose/Significance Guided by the key factors of clinical medication decision-making, to construct a drug knowledge graph, so as to provide accurate and structured knowledge support for rational drug use decision-making. Method/Process The information of the instructions for cardiovascular drugs is integrated, and fine-grained ontology modeling and multi-dimensional relationship attribute definition are carried out. A large language model-driven knowledge extraction and standardized alignment strategy is adopted to construct a drug knowledge graph for rational drug use, and an intelligent drug question-answering system is designed based on retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) technology. Result/Conclusion Taking cardiovascular drugs as examples, a drug knowledge graph containing 5 215 entities, 17 288 relationships and 9 598 relationship attributes is constructed, providing reliable data support and decision-making basis for rational drug use.
