    摘要:

    目的/意义 构建“AI+医学”微专业人才培养模型,并探讨其优化路径。方法/过程 以18份国内高校“AI+医学”微专业培养方案为样本,采用反思性主题分析法对方案进行分层编码与主题提炼,结合“知识-能力-技能”(knowledge-ability-skill,KAS)理论与杜威“新三中心”教育思想开展研究。结果/结论 提出KAS-E框架,归纳2个方面、4个维度、13个核心主题与44个次级主题,体现知识、能力、技能与评价协同联动的多元化培养模式。据此构建“AI+医学”微专业人才培养模型,总结5条优化路径,明晰该领域人才培养内在逻辑。

    Abstract:

    Purpose/Significance To construct a talent cultivation model for “AI+Medicine” micro-major, and to explore its optimization paths. Method/Process Taking 18 micro-major training programs of “AI+Medicine” in domestic universities as samples, the reflective thematic analysis method is adopted to conduct hierarchical coding and theme extraction of the programs, and the study is carried out in combination with the knowledge-ability-skill (KAS) theory and Dewey’s “New Three Centers” educational thought.Result/Conclusion The KAS-E framework is proposed, through which two aspects, four dimensions, 13 core themes and 44 sub-themes are identified, revealing a diversified cultivation model based on the synergy of knowledge, ability, skill and evaluation. Accordingly, a talent cultivation model for the “AI+Medicine” micro-major is constructed, five optimization paths are summarized, and the internal logic of talent cultivation in this field is clarified.
